Pictures are so deceiving. They are doing renovations and that’s fine, but the place smells so bad. The rooms were dirty, the air conditioning leaked, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. It looked like they threw a bunch of random furniture in the room and called it quits. The air conditioner was so noisy, no fan in the bathroom, someone was smoking and the smells were coming in the room. We couldn’t wait to come home. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES… pay extra for a better hotel.

Noisy pipes and constant noises from plumbing or furnace or something. The bathroom has a bad smell and a stuffy musty smell. Just and old building. It’s okay I guess if you want to save money. I wouldn’t stay with my family. I did like that they were in the middle of renovations and that there is a Hispanic restaurant buffet style across the street. Lechoneria Latina’s food was seriously good for breakfast lunch and dinner

Outstanding Hotel
We had the most amazing stay both times over the last week. We stayed 1 night before our cruise and 1 night after our cruise. The staff is AMAZING...Rooms were spotless, service was top knotch and the transfers to and from hotel from airport and also to and from cruise port was the "frosting on the cake" for us. We will be returning in Feb as well and looking forward to it..

The property and room wasn't as pictured at all. The pictures show a bright and clean room with red decor. Our room was dark, no red decor, and felt like a motel. The hotel feels old and had "interesting" people about. My husband got the sense that it wasn't only used for guest but perhaps housing. We only stayed the night since we were flying out the next day but I will definitely choose a different hotel next time. On the plus side, it's really close to discount stores like Ross and Marshalls.
