Entire trip was great. Resort more than expected with the scenery and fun. Kids had a blast! Left one day early and was refunded promptly. It shows on my recipt but not yet to my account. We only stayed for 3 nights should’ve stayed longer!! Perfect for the family Met another family that had been there for 3 weeks! Staff is amazing and the place is super clean! Has Starbucks and water park for the kids! Can’t wait to come back

2nd time here and this time got a hotel room. The rates are a bit pricey even with Expedia lol I had to pay another $100plus when I checked in for resort fees. It’s a fun place for my step kids and all in one area without worrying about losing them. Some life guards though are rude but three of them were cool but didn’t get their names. Next time we visit I will grab their names to give them props! One lady got all the kids dancing before going down the slides. They really loved it! Will definitely come again!

Fun Water Park, Room Leaves Me Wanting
The water park portion of the hotel was fun. The kids enjoyed swimming. There were no clean towels when we were at the park so we went back to our room wet and used one of the room towels to dry the floor. The white towel came back covered in dirt. It didn’t seem like the floor had been mopped in a while. The room was ok, but missing a few key things. The first being a blackout curtain on first floor rooms that face the parking lot. We had flashes all night long from cars coming and going. The second thing missing is a place to hang wet bathing suits. We used the shower rod, but the suits drip on the floor. A simple clothes line in the shower (or two) would remedy this. My last and biggest issue is Building 2 is very close to the road, and across the street is a night club that plays loud music that you can hear in your room until 2:00 AM! The staff was very responsive, but there was nothing they could do about it. The onsite food in the pizza restaurant was ok, but the food at the breakfast buffet food was cold.
