This hotel is top notch. It’s very clean and safe. The hotel staff is always courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is always clean and comfortable. There are laundry facilities on each floor for resident use. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The parking was not very well organized. I had to stop and explain to the parking security that I was a guest at the hotel every time I entered the parking facility. I had nothing to show that I was a guest at the hotel. This needs to be addressed by hotel management. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 5-6 years and I have to say that the hotel is showing its age, specifically in the bathrooms and bedrooms. They really need to consider doing some updates to the decor. Having said that it is still one of the better hotels on International Drive.
