Enjoy the privacy of a four-bedroom pool house, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. This premium single-level home/villa offers two master suites, each with King beds. One master overlooks the pool and lake with a private sliding door for easy access to the pool. Two additional bedrooms each offer two twin beds. An additional games room will give plenty of space and activities for all ages!

Florida's best and most luxurious resort center is very close to the Disney Parks (two miles), 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and 15 15-minute drive to International Drive. It is also within one mile of numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The community is staffed 24 hours daily and gated for peace of mind. Our four-bedroom home is situated on a premium lot overlooking a lake and is furnished to the highest standard. It has a south-facing heated pool and spa that receive full sunlight throughout the day. It also has an extended deck for sunbathing and relaxing. All bedrooms have TVs with streaming services.

We have free broadband internet access for the duration of your stay. We also offer free long-distance international calls to many countries. Netflix is even included to complement your evening viewing desires.

One of this community's most enduring qualities is its proximity to Disney Parks. It also boasts a water park pool with fountains, a water slide, a double walk-in swimming pool, a BBQ pavilion, a movie theater with high-definition surround sound, tennis courts, and a children's playground. We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times, and it is the most convenient location to the Disney Parks unless you stay at a hotel on the monorail. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The game room was extremely impressive. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this home. First of all, it was immaculate! The cleanest rental house I've ever stayed at. Furniture, beds, and pillows were all comfy too! It had all of the essentials we needed...plus more! The game room, pool & hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The community pool with the water park was tons of fun. The communication with the owners was outstanding! Easy checkout process too! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Orlando! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Family Vacation
I just enjoyed our first family vacation with my four grandchildren, and three adults, a family of 7 total at Tom’s beautiful home. In person the house is even more gorgeous than the photos, which I didn’t think was possible. On arrival the house was spotless and sanitized which was impressive and put our minds at ease. All furnishings and decor are modern, chic, yet functional at the same time. Beds are super comfy. The children loved their custom beds and took turns switching rooms. The game room/theater and pool/sauna was loved by adults and children every day. We stayed on property for the week with only one day at a park. Beautiful high end appliances and state of the art sound system, everything exceeded our expectations! Tom had excellent communication from start to finish, went above and beyond providing quality customer service and support. He patiently answered all questions, but with kindness and was thorough. Every detail in the home is well appointed and thought out! Conveniently located to WDW and local stores. The kiddos, are now saying they want to go back to their new house with the pool. If you’re looking for the best, I highly recommend renting Tom’s properties. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, which helped to make our family vacation memories of a lifetime!

Our week was amazing in this beautiful home!!! We loved the proximity to the parks-10-12 min from driveway to parking lot. It was great to relax in the home theater (most comfortable movie watching chairs ever!) or battle it out on the pinball machine. We enjoyed the hot tub too. Everything was spotless. It’s even better in person than the pictures-if you can believe it. Thank you Tom for sharing your beautiful home with us. Perfect virtual school spot!!!

Amazing property !
We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean, well-appointed with everything we needed. High tech property with an integrated Sonos system, decor was showcase like. Our kids loved the games room with home theater, their customized bed decor was a plus. The pool area is spacious with an outdoor TV, plenty of room for a big family under the lanai. Tom (the owner) and Cisco (property manager) are detailed oriented, very responsive answering questions. We would definitely come back again.
