"We loved our suite - it was incredibly spacious. The separated bedroom is nice. The living room area is huge, it could have more seating options; a more comfortable couch would be most appreciated!! The kitchen was well equipped and very trendy. Breakfast is served each day in a wonderfully large room with large windows looking onto the city. There is a nice pool on the top floor with a hot tub and an outside patio. You certainly can’t ask for a better location! You can easily park the car and not need it for your entire stay. We took the train into Montreal for this particular week. The hotel is a few blocks away from the Central Train Station - it was great! There is a Tim Hortons across the street - Yay! And if you walk the other direction for 2 minutes you are on one of Montreal’s well known shopping street; Saint-Catherine! You can walk for hours on this long store and restaurant filled street."

"Our stay wasnt ideal but what the staff did about it was excellent. We arrived the friday night as we were attending an event over saturday and sunday. We were on the 8th floor. At 3:50 A.M. saturday there were men and women shouting and laughing in the hallway, banging on the room next to ours to get them up. After sticking my head out to ask them to keep it down they rushed away. As I was in a conpetition sunday we went to the desk in the morning to request a room change. The manager apologized and let us know the grouping on the 8th floor was being evicted from the property. They have a zero tolerance for noise complajnts. The group was escorted off the property 15 minutes after. Very professionally done."
