TV was so old and hard to figure out how to use it and the restaurant was closed. would’ve been nice to have a smart TV.

All staff were courteous and friendly. However there were stains on the wall between the beds (I have picture), and the bathroom did not seem spic and span, and it was super noisy- I don’t know if we were near a stairwell but there were the sounds of people going up and downstairs or some sort of thumping and it went on for several hours – well after 11 PM. The walls are also very thin, as there was somebody snoring on the other side of the wall, and it was very loud. No one slept well. I also chose the room that I did because it had a fireplace in it, however, the fireplace was not working. I phoned the front desk and they sent someone from housekeeping up, who was very courteous, however, they would not touch the fireplace. So it did not get fixed.They had no restaurant, but there was a café where we were able to have breakfast, and I will say that the people at the café were very kind and helpful.

Average overall, the shower in our room was faulty and couldn’t be moved to another room because we didn’t notice it immediately and had already stayed couple hrs. Room service offered 3 bottled water and if you needed more you had to buy from the vending machine.

Got woken up around 630am due to extremely intoxicated guests next door to us. Hotel staff did not make an appearance although our whole floor came out of their rooms to ensure the safety of the people screaming.
