(Needs to be replaced with a new one). The shower faucet was terrible. Probably the worst one I have ever seen in many years! It took ten minutes to even think about getting into the shower because it was too cold.

Amazing everything The best hotel in the city
The front desk guy on check-in was very helpful and just over the top wonderful the doctor named lady also very very wonderful evening guy is makes me over and over many many cards to give me into my room takes care of me I just really really think of yourself home service and cause let me come restaurant it's very very awesome as well maybe there is over the top I think you guys have awesome staff here

Reception staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Hotel is in a good location near Red Deer Hospital and amenities. Affordable rates but also provides free breakfast! Will definitely be back!

The room is lovely but the blanket should have been changed as there were streaks on it. Also, hair in the tub and on the top of the tub, like someone had just shaved. Other than that, is a great place. Maybe this was a one off…

Don't consider the worst hotel ever. The employees are disrespectful. Bad, poor breakfast, they charged us for an extra person, and when we checked out, they said we didn't pay because they don't like kids, and the room's carpet is covered with stains. the staff has always been rude. Doesn't worth any penny.
