Checked in, lady at desk, was brief and didn’t explain about deposit. When we got to the room, door was opened. Room was cleanish, rather than complaining since we were tired, so I wiped everything down with wipes. Carpeted floor was stained and gross and there was no air conditioner control on wall, was ripped off. Hotel very dated and needs a Reno. Pictures are not what room looks like, deceiving. Breakfast was good, check out was easy. Won’t stay there again.

Very clean property and rooms. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are nice and spacious - suitable for families with small children. Complimentary breakfast is quite nice as well with hot and cold selections.

The staff member who welcomed us was awesome. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. I was somewhat concerned about the street people across the road but they did not give us any trouble.

Room was clean, in good condition, comfortable. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Parking is ok; Tim Hortons across the parking lot. Not the greatest neighborhood, right in downtown Red Deer; lots of traffic and some interesting people wandering around.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean. The staff there are very helpful and welcoming especially the person working in the front dest, Margarita. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it.
