Unfortunately the common areas and rooms were very run down and dirty. Didn’t dare sit on the couch and didn’t want to take our shoes off even in the room Bed was clean and comfortable Breakfast was better than average

The breakfast lady was nice and cooked a great breakfast and that was sadly the only good part. I don't like conflict so I actually ended up finding somewhere else to sleep because of how dirty it was and just took the hit with the money. My room was beyond disgusting. Upon doing a check for bedbugs along the side of the bed I found so unspeakably many hairs of various colours and lengths, along with so many stains. I debated sleeping on the floor, but it too had stains everywhere and was gross. Since I ended up finding a platonic fellow girls place to sleep at and it was New Years, I came in the morning still in my dress to collect my bag. The two young workers shared various obvious looks with each other, looked me up and down and laughed with each other right in front of me. I have stayed in hotels located in poor areas and have actually found that they are sometimes the cleanest and kindest places because of that, however this was certainly not the case with this hotel. The lady who cooked breakfast deserves far more money than I expect she get paid, and the rest of this hotel is entirely appalling. Shame on this business.

Pro: A Timmie's in the parking lot, and a major food chain, half a block away. Con: Temporary social housing across the street. The poor Timmie's is overrun with drunks and druggies. Pro: The hotel staff is good at putting the run on the drunks and druggies, and has a well lit parking lot, and cameras everywhere.

Staff was very pleasant. Definitely older hotel and glad I got such a low rate or I would be fuming. Hair found on the towels, in the tub and bed. Shower faucet almost off but was fixed quickly and was great after that. Breakfast was ok but can tell it was microwaved. Staff friendliness made it okay

You can basically hear the people upstairs and beside you Fart, I have no idea the last time the carpet in the room was cleaned but it was disgusting and the lady working the afternoon shift really has no idea what customer service is and how to talk to people. Will not stay here again.
