The fan in the bedroom was a little loud during the night. The hot tub was nice, but could've been hotter. The breakfast was great. Impressive that their hotel gym was a Planet Fitness! Really enjoyed the bar with the big screen to watch the hockey game.

I’ve used this hotel for many decades now. It’s always been a decent hotel and good value for dollar. The staff are always top notch. The amenities are decent to good. This stay, there were two issues I experienced. The first was the smoke detector’s low battery chirp started around 1 am. By 3 am, the chirps were 30 seconds apart. I wound up having to call the front desk and have someone deal with it. Wound up getting very little sleep. Second issue was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were obviously made from powdered eggs and they had a grainy texture, there was no bacon, and there are only tiny, 4 ounce glasses to pour juice or water into. I couldn’t help but overhear other guests making negative comments about the breakfast to those they were with as well. I’ll still give this place one more chance but I have to say you lost a few stars for this visit iHotel.

As a frequent guest of this hotel from the moment at check in the young lady named Cheque was extremely friendly and pleasant. The amenities were outstanding. I can not see how you can improve as I could not find fault anywhere. Today I checked out and informed the manager of how Cheque was courteous as well as the other staff. I will be returning on October 25 for a few days and I will highly tell others of this Hotel.Keep up the awesome job I felt like royalty.
