Bathroom ceiling was leaking yellowish water. Their solution, but down a towel, and we will give you a replacement towel for it and maybe a discount at checkout and use the public washrooms for the weekend. We left the hotel. Horrible customer service, unmaintained hotel! Do not stay here.

We always enjoy staying at the Ramada, staff are always amazing. The only complaint we had was with the other guests, there was a team of children there that were running up and down the stairs right beside our room and kept us awake both nights

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy weekend with multiple tournaments in town and the staff were always willing to listen and resolve concerns. Well done Ramada staff!!

The spacious room has comfortable beds. The pool is warm and fun but the chemicals in the hot tub make your throat and nose uncomfortable. The breakfast staff was great but felt odd that it is not self serve like most other hotels. Would be very slow if hotel had more guests. Can’t see most food so choices for food and drinks seems limited but nice omelette station. Carpets and decor looking worn and dated.

The rooms are very dated but they are clean and the layout is ideal for a family with the bunks being in a different room. The pool and waterslide were a lot of fun for the kids too. The front desk staff were friendly except one man who claimed it was ok and nothing he could do when another guest verbally assaulted me at the breakfast in front of my young kids. If a customer smokes in a room or is too loud or wrecks things I am pretty positive they step in and tell them that’s not allowed and to stop or they will be removed from the property so I don’t agree that the man at the front desk couldn’t tell a customer you can’t swear and threaten other guests. That was disappointing but the rest of the time at the hotel went well. It’s location is convenient with restaurants in the same parking lot as well as Tim hortons and McDonald’s across the road.

Not worth the price tag.

Check in was fine. Hotel is very old & very outdated. Beds are incredibly old & uncomfortable. Front desk staff would not answer phone when we called several times. Phone in the room did not work. Tried to call several times before check in to book a play pen for our stay (eventually got one but was lucky). Pool was very fun (good slide & shallow for kids) but over chlorinated & was so so strong. Breakfast set up was a nightmare. Got criticized by the staff for not hearing them call out our breakfast order when the room was filled with people (very loud). Had to work through an assembly line & they handed it all to you? The entire stay felt incredibly cheap & unpleasant. Will not stay here again.
