There was a slight musty odor in the room that was compounded by a plug in air freshener. I wish we could have opened the window, but it was sealed. Great parking & the breakfast was delightful!

Terrible shuttle transportation.We waited for 1 1/2 hrs for pickup after calling Best Western from the airport . We arrived at 8:30pm called hotel talked to lady receptionist to get shuttle,then waited for1 1/2 hrs ….got to hotel at 10pm. Not acceptable!

On arrival, the front desk staff was uninterested,and not welcoming. The room was musty and smelled. The air conditioning could not be used as it was extremely noisy. The bathroom fan was as noisy as a propellor driven aircraft. Breakfast was sufficient. Checking out was self serve as no on was at the desk for long periods. I would not let friends stay here and even not friends should stay away
