The bathroom was disgusting as the vanity was rotted on the side, and the cabinet's bottom was a joke. The water temperature was scalding so you had to be very careful. TV was a joke. The internet was horrible like 1G I could not even connect to my email. I would not ever use this again and would tell everyone it was awful.

They were rude , and the air conditioner fell off and they had roaches running around . The shower let all the water out . And there quick to send someone to collect a payment but I had the same sheets for 3 days and had the nerve to be in me and mines business and some . Poor customer service after I spend 4 hundred something and had the nerve to not wait for the reservation too clear and told me I had to leave. I’m from Tacoma wa and don’t know nothing or no one . Very inconsiderate.

The tv didn’t have a remote nor did it work at all. The place smelled muggy and gross. The area was questionable. It felt like the place was filthy. Paint coming off the walls and holes everywhere.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ash tray. The cabinet in the bathroom was literally falling apart from water damage. The light switches were dirty. It was definitely a reminder that you get what you pay for.

Worst Stay Ever!!!!!
First I booked a king. When I checked in they tried to give me a 2 bed room. The only king they had was filthy. Pubic hairs on the bed , no fire alarm and really torn up. Smelled like smoke. moved to the 2 bed room. cleaner, but still run down No hangers? Really sketchy area. I can't believe that Hotels.com would do business with such a nasty place.

Second worst room I have stayed in.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no closet nor dresser in my room, nor a towel rack in the bathroom. There were no face cloths provided. The comforter on the bed was stained and the walls had hastily patched holes. The light above the table was burned out, ine of the chairs in the room had the remanrs of a random partially peeled of sticker on it. The stopper in the bathroom drain was broken. At least the bathroom was clean and the shower and toilet worked. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here
The room is ground floor with large windows and a door that does not give confidence that it can’t be kicked in. It faces the parking which has no gate and connects directly to the back streets. As a solo female traveler I do not feel safe AT ALL. I ended up checking out 10 minutes after I checked in and booked another proper hotel nearby. It has a weird smell, I got dizzy the moment I went in. Furnitures are slanted, it feels like things are half broken. Bed covering has cigarette holes, and I’m afraid that there could be bed bug…

The room absolutely did not look like the picture. The TV didn't work, there were no screens on the windows, no A/C or heater. No coffee maker in the room and my room was next to the laundry despite the entire hotel seemed empty. The cleaning supplies used smelled so strong it gave me a headache which is how I discovered no screens on the windows.

The rooms and bed were clean. The window curtain was tattered. The bed seemed undersized to be queen. The plumbing in the building is noisy. Our toilet quit working- wouldn’t flush. No one was in the office at 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM. We had to slide the room card through the lobby office window slot when we left.

What youd expect, dont book based on a picture
In town for a convention, waking distance to the Center. Some random guy hanging out in the parking lot going around to rooms, assume he's the local drug hookup. Next morning he was still there, making his rounds. TV wouldn't turn on, heater blew cold air, bed was ok, not much attention to cleanliness in bathroom, etc. Pay for what you get.

This hotel is very run down. No smoke detector. Room had obviously been smoked in. TV didn't work. Door had been kicked in and missed deadbolt. Exposed wiring. Horrible air freshener to cover smoke smell. Shower and toilet had been smashed. Shower leaked, and the floor had flooded at some point. Pillows were shriveled up.
