I Love the location and ambience, close to everything and not so crowded because the street that crosses its closed to traffic. Be ready for a simple complimentary breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast bread and bacon, coffee and (orange) juice and some fruit.No butter, jelly, mayo, cheese, ham..Nothing. The plates and utensils were dirty so check them before using them. The service was Ok. Overall we enjoyed it.

Terrible experience not with the hotel but with Expedia. I had issues with the fly that was cancelled by airline and The Penguin Hotel Kindly charged just one night instead 3 nights I showed evidence to Expedia multiple times with text messages sent by hotel but no luck with Expedia. This is not acceptable. Thank you

Incredibly kind and helpful reception! We were able to see a permanent resident (brindle cat) every day by the president. Additionally, the water pressure was incredibly powerful. Perfect after a long day at the beach/pool. The only downside was that housekeeping could be more frequent, but you are more than welcome to request it.

The hotel area is really good accessible for everything. But staff confuses us about the free breakfast. We went to president hotel and the staff there said we need to proceed at the other restaurant which is beside the penguin hotel and we went there and the food is really limited. And we ask the fromt and said it should be at the president. We went back and fort cause of the staff are pointing us which we need to go for breakfast.

Big Disaster.
Everything it says on the hotel website was a fake, it was stated that the breakfast and the beach towels comes with hotel fee which was a big lie , even if you have to open your wine bottle you have to go to the other hotel . The room was so tiny that you don't even have enough space to walk . I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hotel , it was a big upset .
