I checked in and the front desk and there was nobody there for about 5 to 10 minutes .Then when I checcked in the front desk clerk had a weird since of humor that I didn’t find to funny at all.So I checked in went to my room and watching tv and it’s cold in the room .There was not a comforter on the bed just a sheet.Check the closet and it was nothing there.Had to walk down to get a little blanket and no extra pillow.I dont know whats the standards for tgid place but i wasnt happy at all.

Wonderful customer service! German roach problem.
Well the hotels are over crowded due to the storm. Seems many individuals are living there. Nice staff. Parking was a little over crowded but still room for all cars. We saw 6 German roaches. One I understand but 6 in just a few hours! Asked for a room change and none were available. So we asked for a refund and they completely understood. Obviously someone else was put in that room.

The location of property was great. Close to Airport and Raymond James Stadium. Pictures need to he updated. The floors felt so warped and felt like they were going to break when walking. Lights were so dim. Shower was so old it also felt it was going to break. Also there was so much noise late at night. Overall not worth the price

Too much money for what it was .....
The room was clean but a little dated. The pool was heated and clean but only like 3 loungers for the whole area. Don't forget they did have a hurricane recently so their was a lot of areas damaged. The breakfast was kinda blah 😞 .. bigger coffee cups would have been nice - maybe a better food selection .... No HBO though it says they have - room was clean and cool. No ice machine - asked the restaurant next door ice. Bahama Breeze was nextdoor so that worked out great. Overall, I just felt like the pictures do not show what the property truly looks like...I was disappointed I paid that much for what it was, I would have spent the money to go to something closer to channelside.

Staff at front desk was rude when our card didn't read the first time we tried to use the chip. The lady demanded another card, even though we knew we had funds. All it took was one more read and it worked perfectly.

The Chase Suites need a serious update. All the Outlets in the suite didn’t work because they were too old and loose. The shower head was the cheapest one and are old and moldy. The property is just run down. Also they didn’t sweep in our room, the floor was covered in human hair. You get what you pay for definitely wish i would have paid the extra $50/night for a nicer place

Since this area was under the hot spot during the recent hurricane Milton definitely would have effected with the hurricane or the storm in spite of that the rooms are clean and neat . Could see the external damages to the wall . Hotel is working to get those fixed asap as I saw few working and taking note to the damage .

We needed a place to catch a few hours' sleep before a 6 AM flight. The room was very nice, well appointed, and it's a shame we really couldn't use or appreciate its amenities! Hubby enjoyed the oversize shower. We appreciated being able to leave or large suitcases in the lobby and are grateful to the night manager for waking up and helping us retrieve them at 3:30AM!

I was so scared to stay there. every day we stunk like homeless people as the place was so dirty, I cleaned myself and the white towels were black from dirt - I checked out and moved to a different hotel instead of extending my stay. I am displaced from the hurricane, and this was a very bad experience and it was expensive.

Hidden Gem
It's hidden away, but still very near everything in Tampa. The room was huge, with a living area, full kitchen w/eat at bar and extremely quiet. We will definitely stay there again. It's also pet friendly! Next time we will bring our dog.

This is a nice spot with a good location. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast area was being remodeled when I visited. The breakfast food itself could have been a little better but it was still nice.
