Was in town for medieval times and the p1nk concert and it was the perfect affordable me home base! Lots of pho and artsy stuff around like Kensington and antique stores

Would return! Good value guest house.
Stay was great, the room was clean, large and had a comfortable bed. The shared facilities included a kitchen which was really useful. No window in the room which did mean it was a bit hot, but we had a fan provided so managed to get by. The area is fine, it can feel a little intimidating but we found no issues whatsoever. Also, there are amazing places to eat and drink all around and the public transport links were great. Nice staff, easy check in, all in all- really good value for money

This is my first review after many years of staying here for no other reason than selfishness. Guest house is not just a name. It feels like a home for the night. It is also one of the most well kept places i've stayed. Kaiser is one of the kindest and welcoming people I've ever met. Always hope to meet him every stay. Thus my selfishness. It is a hidden jewel of Kensington. If you end up there as a result of this review, you will very likely want to also keep it to yourself. Bravo!
