Very good

Spectacular scenery, helpful and very welcoming kind staff, private, pet friendly. Breakfast was a special unexpected treat, homemade cookies and granola and wonderful grain bread, very nice coffee too! Lots of on site activities and easy drive to two small towns for the basics and exploring, we hope to be back!!
It was a very nice place to get away from the city. I liked the cabin a lot and all the facilities provide! It would be great if we could have WiFi inside our own cabin.
What an experience! The cabins are rustic, free from WiFi and have a beautiful view of the property and river. The games room has lots to do, as well as a huge array of dvds which you can borrow at any time. The staff are friendly and able to help with any queries.
Highly recommend for something different!
Everything was great from the adorable cabins and beautiful main lodge. Nice a cozy. Views would have been better if the smoke didn't roll in but the mountains surround the whole property with the Fraser river right there!
Ice was a tricky to get "after hours" if they run out but other than that it was a perfect stay.
I'll be back!

Great Location - Not so Clean Room
This hotel is set in a beautiful landscape and the buildings are very attractive. We had almost no interaction with hotel staff - on check out they did not ask how our stay had been. The room was spacious and well appointed but we noticed a musty smell as soon as we opened the door. We were also greeted by a large highly visible stain in the carpet in the front hall and another between the beds. There were several more in the sleeping/living area.
Nice room for a lot of us to sleep. The view was amazing and the grounds were lovely. We only stayed one night, but were comfortable for the most part. There were 4 beds in one room, the bunks were very loud anytime someone moved on them, but otherwise good. Nice little porch area too.
Set of log cabins tucked away in the woods, extremely off-the-beaten-path. Cabins (there are four private units per cabin) are surprisingly quiet, and each comes with kitchenette and gas grill. I don't think there's AC, but even in mid-August, we didn't need it (though we did happen to have a small desktop fan that we used to bring air in through the window...not a bad idea to have one). Owners/managers are very helpful and friendly. Nearest grocery store is about 15 min drive, as I recall, and there's not much nearby in terms of restaurants. Resort has WiFi, but it doesn't reach the cabins. We happened to have a low-slung rental car (Ford Mustang) and the slope of the gravel road and parking area made it difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking area. Beds were a bit too hard for my tastes, but that's a personal thing.
Beautiful view , friendly and very helpful staff .
Accommodations were larger than expected, beautiful views and staff were happy to share stories and helpful tips about the area. I was traveling with my family of 8 and we had more things to explore than we were able to get too ! I will definitely be back here .
Property is showing its age. Beds are average. Lighting is poor. WIFI is only in the main building. Location is scenic. Location is off the main highway #5. No real choices to eat nearby. Have to drive to Valemount or McBride and both are over 30 kms away.
We stayed at Terracana on a road trip up to Edmonton and chose it because the rooms had more than 2 beds. It's not really set up to be that type of place. The office isn't open late or early so we never even had any face to face contact with any staff. That being said, I would put that on me for not reading more into the place. The room was nice, though there was a bit of garbage in the corner. The 2 queen sized beds were ok, but my sister-in-law complained that the bunk bed was a little uncomfortable. At the end of the day it's meant to be a rustic retreat and not a place to drop in for the night.
