We were disappointed, (in the past have had a great stay)but this time the hottub did not work, no towels available for pool , elevator was the slowest malfunctioning thing we had to do stairs all the time.No salt added to outdoors after freezing rain Hockey teams extremely loud and playing hocky nonstop in hallways . Have a forgot item and have tried all day to contact them and just get message center . Halls and stairs and pool areas dirty , but room seemed nice

Inside hotel was really clean, no problems in the room other than the sofa bed is super small!!! It’s a twin sofa. Hot tub was not working in tower 1 so had to walk outside to tower 2 to use the hot tub. Other than that the breakfast was great & I had no problems with staff or people.

The rooms were quiet. I had a banquet room just a couple doors down - children everywhere. Once my door was closed not a sound. A wee bit of a surprise with a pet deposit. When I called in I was told about the pet charge but not the deposit. Great location easy to find. Open space (overflow parking area) to walk the dog Would differently recommend. We
