usually we stay here when we visit edmonton however this time not as enjoyable - couple staff we dealt with were not the friendliest also i don’t know if it was the fridge or what but there was so much banging noise all night neither myself of the kids slept much rooms could use a deep clean

The roon was dirty and in rough shape. Chunks of dirt on the floor thst we could see and step on, no seating areas, carpeted with floor tiles that seemed more suitable in an industrial area. Breakfast area was too small for the numbers of people, resulting in long lineups for food and overworked staff.

The staff were very friendly, but I was very disappointed with the $70 pet fee. I was told that Hilton changed their policy from $25 per night to $70 for 4 nights for a pet. However, if you only stay one night, it is still $70 for the pet fee. Also, the room was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature.

2 different flavours of waffle mix are avaliable at breakfast. Dont look any further. A bed is a bed, but starting your day with freshly made belgian waffles in regular or mini size in apple cinnamon or vanilla flavor?!? Honestly you'll regret staying anywhere else.

We found the breakfast did not meet our particular requirements. Would have loved some fresh raisin bran muffin and fresh gluten free bread.
