Very Disappointed with experience being in different Embassy Suites hotels in the past. This hotel I felt like "homeless shelter" everything super cheap, rooms have nothing, not even bottle of water or even plastic cups... Morning complimentary breakfast was a joke, most of the food was cold or even empty (not refilled) staff disorganized, hot water wasn't available I was waiting for 5 minutes to bring from the kitchen to get my tea. This hotel is one big joke and there is no way I will be back there even for free. Highly not recommended if you have average reasonable expectations from your stay.

We often use this property when our early morning travels are from LAX. Their shuttle service is every 15 minutes and the drivers a very helpful.The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

There were an additional approximately $100 in added fees. Really? A few for injuries to the employees. Anything to get more money out of the visitors. Why not be honest and gives the fees at the beginning so we can really compare the prices charged. Very deceptive advertising.

Male counter person was not knowledgeable about bedroom tv that didn't work. Supposedly call tech he never showed up. Waited until 12 am then went to sleep. We stay here often this is pretty regular thing. Tv and remotes don't work more times than they do work. Disappointing

The room was big and clean! It could have used a little TLC on the bathroom. And the pool was just ok. It was pretty small. Defiantly needed some updating. My kids still had a great time swimming. I would stay here again!

Overall this property was wally good. The pool is very run down though and access was difficult. The gym was tiny but I'm sure its not a priority to most. The restaurant and bar not being open til 4 or 5pm wasn't ideal. The rooms however were spacious and clean. As was the lobby and all other areas. The shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel is fantastic also.

After sneezing all night while trying to sleep, we noticed a filthy vent covered in mold. This was the culprit. I shared this with the on sote manager and was assured it would be addressed right away. While walking around the hotel, I noticed various return vents covered covered with dirt and lint. General maintenance needs to be improved.

Not what it used to be,
We use to stay here pre- pandemic but the service has dropped this recent visit. The desk staff at night made it seemed like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to check in. The room had bugs and the shelf in the shower was busted. Stains on the couch and one of towels. They told us $49 a day to park but ended up charging us $69. Only one of our 2 key cards actually worked. Their breakfast staff was understaffed and we gave up on ordering breakfast before leaving. At least the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The room was a suite as expected. It was clean and in good condition. The room service was quick and the food was good (though not outstanding), while the portions were small for the money.
