Picked this location because Travelocity said they have a free airport shuttle. After booking, it no longer said there was a shuttle. Hotels website also said no shuttle. Paid $50 to Uber 1 mile from the airport. Upon check in found out there was a free shuttle.

First night when we arrived they gave us a room with a broken bed we were moved after to a room that the key fob was broker I reported it to reception maybe 3 or 4 times they always said that the engineer was going to fixed it ( he never showed up ) and we had to wait two times at the hallway for 10 and 20 minutes with my pregnant wife and two sons of 1 and 3 years old to have security to open the door for us because they refused to change our room, so overall this is the worse experience I ever had in a hotel. Very unfortunate and completely disappointing experience

No issues with room, location or service. I loved the food truck outside the parking lot to grab a bite. I used the shuttle to the airport and it was on time and ran every 30 minutes.

The property is just old and hasn't been updated in recent years. It's a little like walking into a hotel in the 1980s. Not what people expect today. Rooms are fairly clean but everything in the room is very dated: small TVs, lamps with no lampshade, old carpet, dated bathroom. This is really on Sheraton. They need to update this facility. The staff was very good despite the conditions.
