"This suited my needs when I was traveling with my family to Victoria. It's conveniently located, steps away from restaurants, shopping, museums, galleries and the harbor. The rates were reasonable. The hotel is older but the rooms were clean and the staff was awesome. There is no air conditioning but we were traveling at the end of March, so it wasn't necessary at the time. I think you could still be comfortable in the summer with the window open and a fan blowing. "

"Easy access to rooms. Beautiful bar attached. Very nice rooms, however, Housekeeping Dept: Pistachio nuts & shells on floor beside bed, that our dog found and ate some. - Not good. Also hand lotion smelled stale."

"This is a beautiful location and the hotel is very nicely decorated. There is a restaurant on site that is always bustling with guests. The views are fantastic both day and night. It us fun watching the float planes take off and land, but it gets a bit noisy as one would expect planes to be. It would be hard for me to come back to Victoria and stay at any other hotel. "
