A package delivered to my hotel room went missing, and there was no CCTV to investigate. The staff offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I stayed for almost 10 days, and the breakfast lacked variety, only alternating between bacon and sausage daily. Also, housekeeping only changes your linen if you asked them which is so difficult because no one answers their direct line. Thanks to the receptionist who helped us out. Other than these, we enjoyed our stay!

We slept well in our room, which was clean except for the tv remote which had a crusty substance in a couple of places and so we cleaned it. The hallway on our floor (the 4th) was in desperate need of a vacuum. The main entry foyer was clean and in good repair. The front desk staff were generally pleasant.

When we arrived 3 cops cars were on site. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. Once you left the lobby it was very outdated. Hallways look like a college dorm with cement walls. All night people were in the hallway making noise and some drunk girl knocked on our door 4 times. Breakfast was ok. Needed gluten free options and nothing was marked so my husband couldn’t eat. Wouldn’t stay again
