The location was good, the condition of the room was poor, there was no cutlery or crockery with the kitchenette, toaster didn't work. Paint work in the room was shabby.

Ocean Boutique Hollywood Beach
The check in service handles several different hotels in their portfolio. It took an hour to check in as they could not find my reservation. The key provided did not open the door to the room, we had to wait some more on the maintenance man to come open door. Booked king size bed, the room we received had a double bed. The room was dated but clean.

Booked a room at Oceanside boutique hotel and was switched to another hotel within their properties. If it was interchangeable buildings/rooms, that should be stated on Expedia’s site. Cold outside the heat was not working, the toilet hardly flushed and the space had shotty finishes, & no decor.

The bed had bed bugs. There was red hair on the covers. I tried to tell the staff to switch my room and they didn't speak English. They tried rushing me along to get to the other people checking in. I'm very disappointed. I got no sleep because of things crawling on me.

Very clean, quiet place, 1 min away from the beach,relaxing, money well spent, the walls and paint need to be updated, beds we’re comfortable,the hot water works very good,staff were very nice, will book again

What was unique is that they charge $18 for parking but I still had to park in a public parking space. Room smelled funny but otherwise decent. Close to beach a plus.

I loved the fact the beach is right there!! The area was quiet and had a lot to offer. Follow the signs to the office when you get there or you will be lost. The office is in its own building and you have to pay for parking.
