I like staying at the Pomeroy. It’s quiet, peaceful, cozy, friendly environment, and convenient; they’re close to the city mall and other major fastfood chains so almost everything that a visitor to the city will need is pretty much just a stone’s throw away….I recommend it to everybody I talk to…

Very friendly hotel staff and great restaurant service with good buffet and hot breakfast! Overall the rooms though need updating, little run down. Our room in particular was noisy because there’s a big gap at our door therefore not very private. The bathroom was very small and the walls in the room was very dirty and the rooms were not well lit (probably a reason for that!). I was happy with the temperature and appreciate they had available hair/shampoo/body wash/hand wash dispensers.

I liked my stay at the Pomeroy Grand Prairie. Although, I think it was a little bit expensive even though I upgraded my reservation to their Premium, I did not see anything special or spectacular. Aside from, that our floor had a little bit of privacy because no one else can go up there if they didn’t have the card, so it was quiet. I’m not saying I did not like my stay there; I’m just saying that maybe if there’s something a little extra or a little special “umph,” that will leave an impression to the customer aside from it’s peaceful environment which is what most; if not all hotels offer in the first place. That’s just my opinion. But overall, I liked my stay there; it was quiet, calm, relaxing, cozy, and management wasn’t bad at all…I’d recommend it if anybody’s looking for a nice place to stay at in Grand Prairie.

Great stay.

Was pleasantly surprised with the induction oven, fridge with a proper freezer(!!) in my room. I normally stay in the other tower. Enjoyed the office and the breakfast, the waitress in the mornings (I think her name was also Jenny, I didn't check her name tag though) was an absolute ray of sunshine early in the mornings.
