Good location, noisy. Courtyard didn't have an elevator and the clerk gave us a second floor room with all our luggage and a woman with a cane.

We arrived after the documented check in time of 3pm and were informed our assigned room was not yet ready. We were told that we were going to have an alternate room the same as we booked but it was a handicapped accessible room and the only difference was it was a walk in shower not a tub. We booked a king bed and walked into 2 double beds, old ceramic tile on the floor no carpet as seen in the picture when we booked the room. The air conditioner was barely moving any air and the refrigerator was warm even though it was running. I called the front desk and the person I reached was very helpful and moved us to the king room right next to where we were. I was surprised to still find old ceramic tile on the floor, no carpet, and you could see daylight coming into the room around the door in both rooms. No seals on the doors. I will say that the AC worked and so did the tiny fridge in the new room. Some staff was very friendly. Others left a great deal to be desired. The airport shuttle was not available on our day of departure “due to staffing issues” so the front desk person gave us $25 to have a cab come get us to take us to the airport.

We missed a flight and had to spend the night in Honolulu and that’s why we stayed. We were warned that the neighborhood wasn’t very nice. True but we felt safe. There was an airport van which was fantastic given we’d been traveling for 14 hours. The hotel interior is worn, towels very thin, but the shower clean. My biggest gripe is that after limited fast food dinner options, the so-called breakfast (“breakfast included”) was pathetic. We were told breakfast didn’t start till 7:00 which for an airport hotel is pretty poor. All it seemed was a way to eliminate feeding guests on early flights. The desk employees didn’t bother to tell us there was a bag breakfast available. When we found it on our own, we were given a paper bag with water, a tiny apple, and a granola bar. Overall a below average hotel, including for an airport hotel.

If you stay here wear ear plugs

I won’t be staying at this hotel again. There were several homeless people hanging around. The location of the hotel was in a shady part of town and we did not feel very safe. There were no restaurants close by only fast food places. The hotel is located right next to a very busy highway. We heard speeding cars and motorcycles all day and all night. Outside looks nice but inside the rooms is very outdated. We had a king size bed room which was located in a separate building. Our room was upstairs and there was no elevator. We had to lug our own heavy luggage up the stairs. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

We stayed here to bridge some time for a night flight. It was not as advertised, from the photos. The hotel is fronting the highway, so not very quiet. It is very dated.

Great room, but eat breakfast somewhere else

We were stuck in HNL due to weather and reserved a room at the Best Western. The check in and the room were great. The woman at the desk upgraded us to a larger room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast is gracious, but the food was cold and terrible. Other than that, our stay was great.

It is right under the expressway. Traffic noise is constant. We stayed here for the quick transfer to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't served until 7 am. We didn't even get a complimentary coffee. We had to leave at 6:30 am.
