The place was fine and quiet, and the communitary kitchen is valuable. But I forgot my phone charger and they didn't want to cooperate to give it to me back. This is not professional from an accommodation like this one, which is not inexpensive.
This guesthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen hag everything you could need to cook and lots of free space in the fridge to keep my stuff. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily and water pressure was good. Because this place is situated on top a hill with some outdoor grounds surrounding it, itâs better suited for someone with a car. But if youâre like me and you donât have a car then youâll have to walk up and down the hill to get to bus stops.
Stayed there while my husband was in the hospital and it was very nice and quiet, easy parking and the staff were very accommodating. Clean well space rooms.
Mostly exterior walks, entrance steps and below dish sinks in kitchen area.
More important are the grounds need to remove winters leaves, branches and trash. A professional arborist should be consulted and identify scope of work needed. Very nice grounds with age. Remove vines that are killing trees.
Was asked to leave at 6am for being seen on camera in the 24/7 laundry room they provide for using the wrong soap to wash my clothes. Long story short after the security guards intimidation and harassment tactics didnât work (because I know my rights and did nothing wrong) they called the police on me. Guess what, the police were on my side and even though I was treated poorly and harassed for hours by security which ruined my night. I was permitted to stay
My fellow travellers were kept up by late night banging and talking. This was not the facilities fault. It was due to inconsiderate neighbours and an older facility. It used to be a convent. The suite itself was great with a kitchenette, nice bathroom and wall partially separating the queen bed from the two single beds. I will stay again.
