We had a suite, while not an ocean view, it was still a fabulous room. I knew upon booking it wasn’t ocean front, and it just kept us at the beautiful beach and pool longer! There are some negative reviews and I’d like to address one related to the gripe about staff not speaking English. Miami is a very international city, the languages spoken most are Spanish, Portuguese, and French. It’s what makes Miami so special. The suite lacked additional blankets and pillows but were quickly provided upon our request. The bar has wonderful specialty drinks and the decor, butterfly garden, and beach access was great!

We got off our cruise ship at 8:30am. We showed up at 9 AM to check our bags for the day and surprisingly the room was ready! I bought the early check-in. The bellhop loaded up all of our luggage outside and brought it in then up to our room. Great service everybody was friendly. The beach access was awesome. We just ate at the hotel restaurant. I really didn’t see many fast food or quick options in the area. We also ate lunch poolside. Overall, we had a great stay. There was a CVS only a couple blocks away, easy walk. We bought some snacks and things. The room was nice, clean. I would stay again!

Stayed in the Suite, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Pool View. Appears to be recently remodeled. Was a better value than surrounding properties. Only TV which is viewed from the bed. Could use a TV that could be viewed from the sitting area. The King bed is actually a Queen, but very comfortable. Check in not so good. VIP rewards was suppose to be free self parking for two days which turned out to be one day of Valet parking which cost $45. Bell hop on duty did not unload the luggage from the car and appeared to not be trained. Visit was pleasant and I would stay again.

It was okay. No hot tub. Amenities were okay. Not good value for money paid - we had to pay for valet parking daily as there was no free parking lot add to that resort fees. I wouldn't go here again.
