I selected the property based on high level of positive reviews. I can't say I was overly impressed. Staff were friendly, the location was convenient, it was great that they have an airport shuttle, breakfast and happy hour meet and greet for guests. Insufficient parking for guests. Property has a feel that is beginning to become run down and that staff are doing their best to hold things together. I got price was very affordable. So I would say that is worth the price. But I will likely not return.

My stay was amazing. Hotel was clean and had a happy hour. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very close to the airport and there are so many food choices nearby. Stayed a day before and a day after our cruise. December 12th and 16th. Will definitely be back for a weekend trip to explore Orlando and get in the pool. 5 stars

Very helpful staff
Everyone was very helpful, especially when I had to extend my stay twice because my husband's hospital stay was longer than expected. I very much appreciated that the front desk staff made those changes quickly so I didn't have to change rooms or hotels.

I had an unpleasant experience at check in. The person was rude and did not want to answer my questions. I left discouraged. I will say the room we stayed in was very spacious and the shuttle took us right to our point to check in. Also being able to leave our car for the weekend was good as well. My only problem was with check in. Checking out the lady was friendly and sweet.
