Unfortunately, the photos in this listing are not accurate of what this place really looks like. We checked into our room and noticed immediately that there was some kind of dark substance smeared across the front of the comforter. I pulled the covers back and saw various types of hair, seemingly woven through the fibers of the sheets. there was a dead bug of some sort in the bathroom cabinet as well. We went to the front desk, told the older woman working up there, and she seemed very upset by this information and moved us to another room. We walked in there with hopes that it would be clean, and as I pulled the cover back, I saw what I think might have been dried blood on the side of the sheets. The pool and hot tub were out of order as well. There were potted plants on the shuffleboard court. The general air of the place was despair and despondency. The rooms have been repainted and decorated nicely, but I am really disturbed by the fact that they can’t seem to properly wash the sheets. They gave us a refund and we went on our way. I was very disappointed because the architectural style of this place is what drew me in.

The sheets had not been changed, they had threatened to raise the price if we wrote a bad review and the locks on the doors don't work. Do not recommend.

When booking we selected a room with a king size bed however we were informed that the extended stay guests get first choice of rooms, and the rest of us get what is left over. Pool was closed hot tub was broken and most of the pool furniture was stacked up. There are no vending or ice machines, but they were kind enough to bring us a bag of ice free of charge. From now on I'll only book national brands that actually have what they claim to have along with a coffee pot. It's a shame it was let go to the point it's at now, but I will admit that the redecorated rooms do look great on the inside.

The room was OK. No coffee maker, small warn towels, broken patio door. Great big fridge. Had to figure out that air conditioner provides heat as well. I guess kind of motel 6 w/ much higher price. Unfortunately, not much choice in the area. Will do AIR B&B next time.

Health department closed the pool, my room looked like the sheets were never washed. The sheets on the second bed had burn holes in them. The room smelled of stale cigarettes; the list goes on but for anyone reading this hopefully you get the picture!!

We like this little sweet motel with a free parking space and beautiful gardens with swimming pool.Our room was very clean and comfortable.we had a private patio with a 2 chairs and table.Very close to mineral spring lake park and restaurants.Highly recommend.

$100 For A Frat House?!?!?
The room was disgusting, uncleaned, everything in the room was stained, and the furniture should have been thrown out years ago. The walls were paper thin and the room next door partied until 3:30AM. We asked them many times to stop and the management did nothing. Trying to wash off a horrific night's sleep, the shower would not get warm water. We now have great story about the worst motel experience we have ever had, and I pray ever will have. The operators should be ashamed and embarrassed and close immediately for essential cleaning and renovations. I cannot believe we were charged for that experience.

Checked in .was dissapointed by outer appearance but the room was a pretty fresh make over. Pretty quiet.not a lot of amenities but everything you need was pretty close by.

I checked in to the hotel to find a bathroom from hell I have so many photos . Tg3y had food on the ceiling. Beds were nasty and dead bugs and live spiders. I brought this to management and was told off infront of the manager by the housekeeper who told me to leave. This place needs a health inspection. I emailed photos to yhe hotel and showed them to the front desk.... this place needs to be deeped cleaned.

We love it here
This hotel was awesome!! Kids had a blast and loved the pool. We were able to cook a family meal with everything provided. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Disguisting is all I can say. I was not expecting much for what we paid we really wanted to go to beach & springs. We were going to stay 2 nights could not wait to leave . So turned off did not even go to Spring nearby. Have not received our refund for the one night . Only saving grace was the day at Venice Beach which we stayed to watch the sunset.
