Surprisingly parking wasn’t difficult to find, everything else was very lovely aside from the cold weather! The Inn keeper was very kind and helpful and I can’t wait to reserve again!

I’m typically not fond of Bed and Breakfast Inns due to past experiences, but Carriage Way is a GEM! From the first contact with Cindy to checkout, it was a wonderful friendly and helpful experience. The breakfast crew did a great job and the crème brûlée French toast was amazing. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. The Platinum room was very quaint and had sufficient space..and the bed was comfy and NOT noisy. Loved the Inn!

This B&B is right in the heart of historic St. Augustine and you can walk everywhere! The home is spectacular with antique furnishings and the staff is fantastic. We were warmly greeted and they had cookies, water, soda, coffee, tea and wine available near the entrance. Loved sitting on the verandas and able to walk everywhere!

The inn is beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the beds were by far the most comfortable ive ever slept in, the only downside was at the time we stayed there the Hot water heater broke on our first night, we notified management in the morning, we were given a bottle of champagne on the house for our honeymoon and offered a place to shower in another room, management did their best given the circumstances which i know were out of their control. They were trying to fix the issue the day we checked out so I'm sure they are back up and running. Just kinda sucked not having a perfect stay on our honeymoon. But definitely would go back.

I booked this place because of the great reviews and it was on point. Beautiful rooms, plenty of water pressure in the shower. Parking in the property had plenty of room. Everything we wanted to see was walkable distance. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. Check in and out was very easy.
