"We arrived too early at New York Airport. Usually check-in is in the afternoon but when I asked for check-in at 8 a.m., the staff was very friendly and helpful, so I was able to check-in early. And the breakfast was free and the menu and taste were great. It was very kind. I recommend it to travelers, too. I'm sure you remember a pleasant New York. Thank you, staff~"

"Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Love the vibe of the whole place. Rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel is around a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest subway station which gets you into the main areas. You also get $20 per room per day for use on food and drink which is great. We tended to use it for coffee and pastries in the cafe both of which were lovely. Would highly recommend this place for families."

"We enjoyed our room. It was good size for NYC. The bedding and pillows was comfortable. The shower has nice water pressure. I love the little makeup area. The location was pretty close to all of dinning area. A few complaints was the house keeper kept throwing away my sample product that I was using. I didn’t wan to bring a full size so I had sample stuff for my trip and I end up having to buy some because they throw out all of my samples every day. My other complaint was there is not much of concierge service or hospitality at check in. We book spa treatments massages and they mess up on our appointments. "
