Not a review. Just feedback: 1. After doing “on-line” check-in, I should have been given a link to download a parking permit to print out. The idea of not getting the pass until physically appearing at the desk, and being expected to go back to the car, is simply not appropriate. 2. The mattress was much too soft!

The stay was great. Clean rooms and excellent service. Location was good as well as well. It had an ok fitness centre but could improve on it. Yoi couldnt get any better for the price in downtown Toronto.

Great location and hotel facilities. We had an issue with our shower and it took a while to get it checked but once maintenance confirmed it will take some work we were transferred to a new room right away.

I wouldn’t book this hotel. Dated, terrible beds, not super clean, the ac/heater system didn’t work, smaller rooms, the bathroom had little privacy and not enough room to put stuff. For the price it wasn’t worth it at all. The staff were great, I’ll say that.
