Rumbling along

Gave us a room next to a busy roadway and an HVAC system with a loud rumble coming on and off every 20 minutes all night. (Not the in room heat) Large external unit. Also, Really pushy about joining the Marriot Loyalty program. No Wi-Fi if you don't. I think they give the worst rooms to anyone not booking direct. Won't stay there again.

No matter where time with friends is fun

My first impression was not great. I have scent sensitivities and when the automatic doors opened I was over come with a scent. I was told it was the 'signature scent' and it was right in the HVAC. Some may enjoy it, I do not! The rooms were comfortable but noisy. The pool was nice and the dinning room was very spacious. The décor was very dated, which did not effect our stay and the beds were very comfortable and our location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and other necessities.

Poor customer service!!

The woman at the front desk was terrible. Told us the lobby was closing at 7:45, tried to kick us all out of the pool at 7:30- her customer service was horrible. She made everybody uncomfortable and I will not be booking this hotel for future events- which is a shame for them as we booked 13 rooms.

Well” my check inn agent was super friendly And pleasant she even suggested a few recommendations of restaurants we could Explore because my trip to Vernon was to celebrate my wife birthday with and chose The Marriott hotel for this venture The sensory experience was amazing The entrance the wow’s us Room presentation was amazing too Only problem room was too cold once’s we got in the bed ! We had call front desk a few times that night About the cold conditions of room
