The room was nice, the lights were to bright and should’ve had dimmers. No double queens on ground floor so if your handicap you have to suffer waiting for the elevator that never comes and climb the stairs.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there were not plugs on both sides of the bed, people were screaming outside at all hours. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn’t horrible.

Love the couch and chaise
This was a great place. The room was clean and extra comfortable with an couch that included a chaise and two TVs. The breakfast staff were really friendly and it was a great continental breakfast.

Really grossed out that they served cold coffee from the night before. I woke up at 6:30, and the coffee was ice cold (not even lukewarm). No way it was made the same day. When I asked if there was hot coffee, I was told “that’s all they had.” I’m not an expert, but that seems like a health code violation. I tried to address this with management, was told they’d get back to me, but that didn’t happen. Breakfast itself was pretty limited and unappetizing. They hide the parking charge until after you book- and the parking isn’t guaranteed. That’s right- if you drive there (which you likely did), you are are forced to pay per night for a service that they won’t guarantee. Most hotels will not be that stingy- I’ve stayed in tons of hotels, and this is the only one where they charge for parking. The staff is friendly, and I don’t hold them to it. The owners are cheap and don’t care about guests’ experiences.

Very easy walk to Anaheim Convention Center. Staff friendly. Price very reasonable. Taco Bell across the street. Two gas stations half a block away sell groceries; one of them sells beer.

Room smelled like urine.
The room was updated but the first thing that hit me when I walked in was a urine stench. This is a pet friendly hotel, so I suspect there was an accident left on the floor uncleaned. I asked for the room to be sanitized but if it was, I couldn’t tell. The stench remained for my entire 6 day stay. The breakfast was subpar. Only offered bread and cereal. No warmed foods. Parking was not free as is standard for most hotels. It was costly for what the hotel actually offered. Would not recommend this hotel for future stays in Anaheim.
