Complimentary rooftop breakfast was a special added touch. Hotel was very clean and always had fresh infused water and coffee available in the lobby. Staff were friendly and very helpful with anything we had needed.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We have two beds in the main area and the pull out couch was comfortable for our kids. Breakfast was hot and plentiful everyday. The staff kept the breakfast area super clean and stocked. The only downside of the property was the pool as it was old and a bit grimy but it was sufficient for our needs aka a quick middle of the day dip.

We were put in a room on the first floor, far corner next to and exit door and cleaning supply room. Super noisy, staff constantly talking loudly, no courtesy. Room was an awkward shape, bathroom vanity was outside main bathroom, no counter space. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok, all canned fruit, not real eggs, coffee was good and there are waffle makers. Also had to pay for parking, other hotels do not.

Room was what you expect at this star rating - appears to be undergoing small renovations. Staff were friendly and attentive, and always helpful. Location great for Disneyland - about 15 minute walk to entry gates. Plenty of on-site parking if you are driving. Would stay here again.

Good stay for Disney!!
Great stay with only a 15 minute walk to Disney. Great room service selections and comfortable beds. Good Continental breakfast!! Only downside was we found two cockroaches in our bathroom throughout our stay :-/ would have given it five stars if it weren't for that.

Avis car sales next door had an automated security system that would go off all hours at night. There were several homeless, mentally ill people as well that would harass guests. These issues were not Deseret Palms fault, but none the less, affects guests that stay there.
