The staff was quick to respond to our requests to have adjacent rooms and also had a crib waiting for us when we arrived. Very friendly staff. A fairly short walk to Disneyland.

Overall, I felt like the reviews I saw recently for this hotel significantly oversold the experience. We were booked in Bldg 4, on the 1st floor, which directly faces the water park. The smell in the hallway “smells like one of those blue disks they put in a urinal,” according to my husband, and while the smell improved in the room, it still wasn’t a great smell. They offer real cribs, not pack n plays, but the crib was dirty; so we spent the first 15 minutes wiping it and the whole room down so we could start bedtime. The entire room was rather dirty, and the tile bathroom floor grout was black with caked on grime, and the tile was cracked, with grime-filled holes and smeared dirt on the floor. The water park closes at 10, so children continued to scream and play until the last second in the water park, and getting my 1 and 3 year olds to sleep was challenging. The next morning, after decent sleep in the beds (they *were* comfortable beds), we awoke to a cockroach in the room. We called and the hotel took action immediately and agreed to put us in a new room, but it took two rounds of speaking with the front desk staff to be moved immediately, vs packing our things and keeping it all unlocked at the front desk until 4 pm. The staff was kind &moved us into Bldg 6, which was quieter and somewhat cleaner (no cockroaches) but not by much. Floors were still gross and the rooms were dingy, not “retro.” Much left to be desired…

Just stayed 9 nights here in building 2. The rooms are cute. The cleaning schedule is not good at all if you have more than 1 or 2 people staying with you because they only service the rooms every 2 days. So when you have 2 adults a baby and a 2 year old the amount of garbage can add up quick. Plus not having enough clean towels. It would also be nice if they kept a rolling cart for luggage in each building for check out dates. If you want to check in early they charge you a $30 check in fee or if you want to check out late it’s $30. On our check out date we had a few hours before our ride picked us up from the Hotel and decided to swim with the kids for a little bit as we usually do at any hotel we have stayed at. They came out to the pool area and told us we couldn’t be in there. Any Hotel I have ever stayed at always holds our luggage and says enjoy the pool until your ride gets here. So we were shocked. Also after first getting there we paid a higher price to stay in building 2, the Tv wouldn’t work so they sent somebody that night, got it fixed for a little bit, then next day Tv wouldn’t work at all. We had to load up everything at midnight and move rooms once they figured it was the wiring in the walls. The Tv in next room the volume on remote wouldn’t work but at that point we were to tired to even care. Lol I stayed at this Hotel when my kids were younger so we were going back to make more memories.. 😍 Disney & Venice with my Daughter and both grandgirl’s❤️

Great time for the family!
Great family friendly place with awesome amenities and very close to Disneyland. There’s no elevator though, so if you have a stroller I’d recommend requesting the first floor. The water park area was a blast. Definitely will come again!

The water park is for younger kids. My kids were too big/old for the water slides at this hotel. Very good location, and very nice hotel. We stayed on the top floor and our room was beautiful with high ceilings and natural light.

Great location, nice room, good Views from Building 1. 5th floor. Trees were cut down while we were there. Fireworks only 1 day while we were there and we went to park to watch so probably would care to pay for park view again. New room, plenty of space, bathtub, water park for littles with hot tub for adults. Beautiful large warm pool also. Easy safe 10 min walk to Disneyland and CA.
