We loved this property for our family Disney trip. Took about 8 minutes for us to walk to the park and the rooms were large for our family of 4. The pool and breakfast were great.

JW Marriott provided excellent accommodations with fine service. The hotel is has a refined atmosphere with lovely outdoor gardens. Check-in, for us, for quick, efficient and our room was ready when we arrived (which was after check in time). Our room was sparkling clean and was refreshed expertly throughout our stay. As 2 adults, we could walk to Disneyland in about 15 minutes.

This place is a bit overpriced for what you get. The proximity to Disney means they don’t have to work that hard. We checked in at 3:50 and were told our room wasn’t ready yet (check in starts at 4 pm)- after 45 minutes (yes 45 minutes), we went up to desk to inquire. Still wasn’t ready, we said we were fine with another room which seemed to throw off the person at front desk. They also failed to tell us that you can get a 30 dollars a day credit for the “resort fee” in the gift shop. Bad customer service.
