We had a decent stay this year and we stayed for 9 nights. The first 6/7 days were great. However, the last few days we had requested a full service clean twice and both times they did not do that cleaning or even a refresh service (new towels, bedding, etc). One day we even asked 3 times for a Kleenex box and never got one until we asked again the next day. One of the girls we spoke to when we called about the cleaning seemed a bit rude which was not welcome. Aside from that, the trip was great and we enjoyed our stay in the beginning. We stayed here last year as well but I’m not sure if we will go back next year after we struggled the last few days to get services complete. Location is really close to Disney which is a bonus.

The amenities, like the shampoos and conditioner, were empty and never refilled after I requested them. In addition, our water pressure was poor, and the tub was backed up with an odor. They compensated me for one night but I won’t stay there again.

My main concern was one of the beds was not appropriately cleaned, check-in day. The bed had multiple strands of hair. I just decided not to use the bed, did not let management know.

The staff was always nice. Also was greated with some fun hotel swag along $25 food voucher. Would definitely recommend and go back if in the area, thank you for the hospitality!

All of staffs we met are so nice and kind but cleaning. So clean only in the area that show. For example, chair looked clean but deep inside (like between chair frame and sitting cushion) were dirty and even a bug(not bedbug but I guess this bug bite me). Also I don’t think not wash a sheet under the mattress cover. There were stained and also dirty between mattress and frame. Shower curtain had kind of dirty thing on too. And hairs in toilet … Also, there was a sign for vending-machine but don’t have there, you need to ask them to buy stuff and they will open a cafe for you.

We woke up in the morning to all the bathroom drains being clogged and back flowing. Couldn’t shower or use anything. Called and was told they were going to send someone but they never came and then we had to leave to go to Disney. Also kept finding black curry hair leading us to believe it wasn’t cleaned very well.
