We stayed at Aloft the night before a cruise. We enjoyed it and will definitely stay here next time! Convenient, lots of dining options within walking distance and a large, nice, clean room. They have a bar, pool table and a large family area to play games (provided). Very reasonable as well.

The property is dated, customer service poor, the assigned room had dirty linens. I had to change rooms, the rooms are very small. I paid in advance for breakfast next morning I go down to have breakfast waited an hour only to find out that the cook was a no show; so no breakfast available and the staff didn’t seem to care or try to accommodate any guest. Other than the location and pool area; I would not recommend this Aloft location to anyone. Big disappointment!!
