Our room at Cancun Plaza was at one of the most convenient spot. Oxxo is very near. Beach is attached and no crowd at all. Other expensive hotel has very crowded beach. Also, the food of the attached restaurant was really good and at reasonable price.

We got exactly what we expected: condo hôtel (more down to earth than regular hôtel) that can sleep 6 people and located right by the beach. Communication with hosts was easy. Hosts were very kind.

Affordable accommodations, but bare bone facilities. The AC could not get the temperature below 25 Celsius and wifi and cell signal in the room barely functional. The pool is nice and wifi at the restaurant works well. Direct access to the beach was also great. And of course can’t beat the price we were able to get the room for $80/night all in, which is hard to beat.

Beware when reserve. There is lovely rooms there.

The adds had nice pictures and description of the units. It wasent exactly true with the rooms operated by Victor. His rooms were not taken care of properly (Verry similar to a 1 Cuban Star). On the other hand, the rooms operated by "Bsea" on the same building, corresponded to the descriptions and were lovely. Beware when you reserve. Make sure you order with "Bsea". They are found on B00king.c0m.

A bit older than many of the properties in the hotel zone, but rooms have been renovated as best as possible without totally gutting them. Pool, restaurant, and beach all were awesome. Could see the sunrise from my balcony, although, I walked down to the beach for a quick swim

Old building with a few maintenance, the building has multiple owners so no lobby, no closet, AC no working properly (no less than 24 C) and it make a pond just at the entrance, vanity faucet no working properly, 1 cockroach, nice pool 5/5, nice view from the balcony.
