Honestly, the best thing about this place is everyone is SO KIND!!!!! They are all helpful and much nicer than some of the more high end resorts we’ve stayed at! They go out of their way to try to accommodate and make it fun!

Disappointing on Expedia’s part that the room I booked showed all ocean view rooms of the club suite but the room I got was Lagoon view. Disappointing because many of the rooms say “lagoon view” so I did not book a lagoon view room. I booked a room with all of its photos showing a view of the ocean but that’s not what I got. And when I checked in, they said it’s not their fault, it’s expedias.

Plesant stay
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The food is good and they have wonderful drinks. This is an old property, the ac caused humidity in the rooms to the extent that the floors were wet!
