We were shuttled to the adult only section and the view is stunning! We were greeting with a wet towel and the scent the lobby and other common areas have are spectacular. I love the views from the room. All of them have a tub on the balcony! Can’t wait to come back

Customer service was exceptional everyone is so nice and we are LGBT couple we felt safe and included. We celebrated our third year anniversary in coral level iberostar cancun. It was our first trip to Cancun I chose this hotel because of it’s cleanliness. Our stay was amazing. Food was exceptional and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. In many parts of the Resort At many times at certain dining facilities the lack of a working Air conditioner Elevators made it very uncomfortable The Room that we were assigned we had to keep restarting the air conditioner with the controller on the wall because it would cut out and stop working
