This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation .

Absolutely the worst all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed in Mexico. I have never had such a bad experience. My girlfriend and I visited in early August 2021. For starters the place was udner staffed but given the nature of the pandemic it was understandable but regardless the staff was rude which is so different than the norm in mexcio. The buffets woom 30-60 mins every morning to enter for breakfast. The Food was rather cheap and low quality. The snack bars around the pools had the most horraneous options I ahve ever seen. There ould be giant tubs of pre-cooked chicken tenders that would just lay there all day until people ordered them. The drinks at this resort were beyond terrible. There was no premium liquor what so ever and all that the rest used was cheap local booze. They never measured their drinks which made the cocktails so strong it was unenjoyable. The rooms were the worst part of this all. The shower did not go past a luke warm heat, I woke up with bed bug bites almost every night, the cleanign service would only come clean the rooms once every two nights, there was no safe to lock your valuables up and the AC was broken so unless you left it at full blast it would be an incredibly loud noise that made it hard to sleep, so we went to bed in MEXICO with sweaters and sweat pants. Lastly, the beach was covered in algae. Please for the sake of your hard-earned dollar NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this resort. It was a great location 20 years ago but not anymore.

Service is great, all the people are super kind and helpful. The common areas are fine, entertainment is fine, Pool is great, beach is great. But when it comes to food, please be advised that it is absolutely horrible, all of the restaurants are bad, but the buffet is the worst. So disgusting.

The hotel was beautiful & most of the staff was very friendly the others just rude. Food was not the greatest on this resort sadly because it was an all inclusive so I had to go out of the way to buy food elsewhere. Also the room keys barely worked I had to go to the front desk twice so they can switch me out new keys . But if you want a cheap relaxing trip to Cancun this is the place ! You get what you pay for !

The trip was a disaster. When we reach Oasis lobby in Cancun we were told by their check in agent that our itinerary does not cover all the amenities. We do not have the mini bar in our room, no safe box, not all restaurants are included and the worst one was no Wi-Fi is included. We still fighting with Hotels.com for some voucher credit. We spend over $1600 for 3 days and in return we did not receive the treatment as promised. So please beware of this hotel. We went to los cabos in April and stayed in RIU. What a beautiful experience it was..

I arrived at 4pm to the hotel, The property was in really bad conditions. The checking took 2 hours. The hallways of the hotel had puddles of trapped water with dirty towels. The room had the walls dirty with dead mosquitos on it and a lot stains. The bathroom sink marble was broken and the bathtub had yellow spots of glue, the chairs in the balcony had paint, etc.. It was a nightmare. I complain to the concierge Victor 3 times the same day I arrived, he took pictures as I did too. I complaint also to customer services , I wrote a letter to them letting them know what was the situation. I call Expedia many times an open a complaint case. Nobody help me. I rent another hotel the next day with Expedia thinking the will refund my money, but they never got my back, even though I send them pictures of everything I just describes. I would never do bossiness with Expedia again.
