This Resort is beautiful, it was so peaceful, I loved the ocean view. The staff were super helpful and my room was spotless every day thanks to Gabriela. Carlos was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stayed here! However everything is so expensive, if you are not all inclusive be ready to spent an average of $150 dollars per sitting. There is no restaurants near by the resort. You need to taxi or take the bus. Everything wasclean and beutiful.! I would stayed here again.

Although the property is old but it is well kept and maintained. The staff is really helpful. They have activities for kids and adults such as kayaking sail boat. Only thing lacking is the food option. They need to add another restaurant and add more vegetarian options to existing restaurants.

I liked pretty much everything. But this hotel is more for the elderly. Too quiet for me. There was no shows or any type nightlife available . Everything closed early. Service was pretty good and the villa was excellent. Very spacious and clean. Beautiful view. The beach was nice for kids but not swimable for adults . There’s too many seaweed growing all over the beach area .

Pros- the price was reasonable, room was beautiful (2 floors) we were a total of 6, and overall resort was clean. Karla at the photography booth was superb. Self Parking was easy and its gated. Right in-front of the resort there’s a bus stop. Cons- had to wait a long time for my luggage’s which were left unattended at the lobby. I didn’t like that “Laura” once she gave us the check in tour she was trying to have us book some sort of time share guide during our stay which I Decline twice. I travel with my 3 month old and my stroller and was given a room on the 3 floor with the elevator not working the entire stay. The beach is not the cleanest lots of seaweed. Food was horrible at the restaurant next to the pool. Didn’t bother trying any other option throughout our stay. 30$ per person for a buffet- Server Jesus wasn’t the nicest. Pina Colada and all alcohol drinks were water down, nasty, and would get hot within seconds.

Great resort for a good price.
The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money.

We were a group of 6 people. Two bedrooms and Murphy bed in living room was very useful. The rooms were clean, everyday cleaning service was great. Spa services were OK. Used the gym a couple of times. Overall good for large families. Not if you are two wanting to have fun. Location inconvenient because there were no food places or markets close by. Had to use Uber Eats a lot which turned out to be expensive as well as the driving distance to food places is large. Restaurants on the property weren’t appetizing. Concierge service had a very annoying lady who kept calling, ambushing us to join property presentations. Very annoying. Bar near swimming pool was shabby. Made pretty lousy drinks.

Clean quiet safe friendly staff nice amenities. Very small beach area but very nice. I like the convenience of how close everything is within the resort. You won’t get lost like at the mega resorts.
