This hotel is average. The worst part is the room smelled like mold and musty. We stayed there 7 nights and suffered. Too much humidity in the room. The moisture made the floor wet and slippery. My husband almost tripped and fell. Had to lower the AC temperature to avoid moisture buildup which freezed us. We could smell it the minute we walked out the elevator and in hall way. Even we came back home, the smell lingered ion our clothes and on everything else. Horrible! Need improvement on ventilation. We were trying to sleep in a bit on day before we leave, the construction workers started hammering at 8am. Obviously they don’t care about guests and go on with their business. The buffet was good. The Italian restaurant was also good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this resort! The staff go above and beyond for you! Everyone is so nice and caring here! The beach is beautiful! Only complaint was our shower wasn’t draining and we did notify the hotel and they did not fix it for us.
