Pretty decent resort. Stayed here third time due some need to be close to Dental Clinic. Noticed that dining options reduced, but remodeling almost finished. Restaurants and specially buffet is extremely cold and because of that it not pleasant experience unless you’re wearing sweaters.

Hotel was great l love its restaurants and location, be careful they are gonna have a presentation to sell you membership just ignore it and MTS is there has an office taking tour with them will destroy your trip for tours do not trust them. Get tour from reliable places

The accommodation was ok, but what I don't like is that guest services person who meet you up on the hotel arrival is asking you to have a breakfast will will discuss a pre-selling of the villas. We came to Cancun to relax and not to listen to pre-selling stuff and like they are forcing you to attend

On the weekend not enough staff working. Only could eat in certain areas and had to wait for a table to become available. We were told they ran out of food on their menu. We could never get a reservation to neither of the 3 restaurants and concierge was no help.
