Overall the hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. However the room was not the cleanist with a lot of dirt and dust on the floor, behind units and under the bed. The windows were also single glazed meaning you could hear the sounds of the city. We were ok with this but not so good if you are a light sleeper.

Only one comment on the hotel which I have mentioned to the Hotel staff. There is a need to check & mattresses occasionally. The room accorded for my stay was comfortable except the mattress was too well used & lost the firmness when you sleep on it. It sinks in the middle!

Every Great but teachable moments for the restaura
My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time restocking.
