Great location. Hotel very clean and great conditions The only bad thing I would say the jacuzzi could have a little more ventilation - too much chlorine- cannot stay in jacuzzi area due to chemical fume. Would definitely stay again at this hotel .

Staff were extremely helpful and warm from the very beginning of our stay up until the very end. Check-in was efficient and the staff at the front desk and the concierge were always welcoming and accommodating to our needs from arrival. The hotel cafe was so convenient as much as the food and service was delicious. We had an amazing experience staying at the one king west hotel & residence and will definitely come back again on our next visit!
