I did not receive any complimentary tours as promised by Expedia and housekeeping did not replenish our body gel, shampoo or conditioner until I called to ask for more. I only have wonderful things to say about Dean the concierge. He was exceptional!

The hotel room was amazing! The staff were super friendly too. We arrived early and they did their best to get us an early check-in. Room service was amazing and the cleaning was top notch. Even when we didn’t press the button to clean the room, someone came in while we were out to set the bed and slippers! The ambiance was also very nice and aesthetic was very thought out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in town.

PINK concert with my daughter.
Three night stay! Much above what we expected. Close to Rogers, CN Tower, restaurants, etc.! Fabulous live varied entertainment in the lounge. Pool, sauna, hot tub and outdoor lounge areas - exceptional! 5 star all the way!! Highly recommend, and we’ll be back!
