Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet at night. Walkable to downtown and restaurants and bars nearby. Subway close. Breakfast let's it down.

Very well located at walking distance from the best TO downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. The room (Studio King) was correct nothing more to say in our opinion. We had no expectations and it was ok for a small stay. Clean and calm. You go there for the location not for the room quality, look and hotel experience.

Good for a large family group. Hotel is a little tired and a high price. The area around the hotel has challenges with homeless people. We had a good stay but would research somewhere more cost effective if returning to Toronto.

Adequate, but in need of some TLC
The staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was musty smelling and needed to be aired out. Not all the windows opened and the door to the balcony was locked. Bathroom, while functional, needs a lot of maintenance - fan, tile, flow valve on the tub faucet all need attention. Also, dinnerware should reflect the maximum number of occupants.

I loved the facilities in the room. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use them, but it would be great for a longer stay. The parking didn't feel safe as a single woman. I was unclear how to access the door from the parking garage into the hotel. I didn't realize it was unlocked and it was hard to open.

Every thing was good about my stay except the bed. It was like sleeping on a box spring. You can feel the springs and hear them when you move. It’s the first time experiencing this at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
