Princess, the Receptionist, was lovely. Very knowledgeable of the area and very patient. Always a Smile for each guest. The room was very comfortable, separate seating area. A little noise from the street below. Very walkable area, plus close to public transportation and the cruise terminal.

It is a well run hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and quiet. We were using shared bathrooms, so a little different from the regular hotel experience, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The only odd thing was that the water from the taps always was cloudy, not sure why. Overall I would recommend staying here, and it is close to everything you need or want to do.

Excellent location. Room was very small with single bed, but fine for sleeping; I was out every day for meetings. Clean shared bathroom was fine. Only improvement would be to update the taps in the sink in the room (hot water tap steady drip; both very hard to turn.) Cosy homelike public areas for (free) morning coffee/tea, work, reading, meeting with a visitor, catch news on TV. Unique boutique hotel.

It is an older Hotel but very clean and good staff service. The bedding could have been better like the covers and so forth. Other than that it was ok for me for a one night stay.

Beautiful city! So much to see and do all within walking distance. The train station and the Cruise Port were literally 5 minutes away. Room was small but fine for an overnite.

This is an old historic hotel, however it has been updated with modern amenities, for the most part. I had a single room, with a twin bed and a shared bathroom. There is a sink in the room for basic washing needs, but the toilet and shower is down the hall. The location is close to high end shopping, and a wide selection of dining. I would stay there again
