My room was on the second floor and was louder than the other family members in floor 3 and 4. Recommend asking for a higher floor. I also noticed that my room was missing a lounge chair and luggage stand whereas other rooms did. There was no consistency. Given it was only one night, I did not request for one. This hotel was very convenient to the downtown area and great for overnight stay to transfer to the Port of Vancouver or to look around the downtown.

The staff were really friendly. They explain how to get to the parking lot clearly. The room was clean. The only thing that was annoying, outside the window was the noise of the air conditioner at night. This hotel is located close to Robson and Seymour street.

Good hotel for a quick trip. Mini room is very small. Hotel is on the older side which adds character if you are in to that. The location is convenient walking distance to multiple amenities. Service kind and helpful.
